If you've ordered the wrong label or no longer need it, you can return any stock catalog item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it's unused and the adhesive backing hasn't been peeled or applied. Return postage is at your cost. Contact us at sales@dingolabels.com.au before sending anything back and we'll sort out the details.

Items produced to your specifications (custom quotes, customer-specific engraving) can't be returned for change of mind.

If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you in full — including postage. Our labels are made to last; if one fails in normal use, we want to know about it. This applies to all products, including custom items.
