MATERIAL
TRAFFOLYTE — 1.4MM DUAL-PLY
Laser-engraved two-ply laminate: the marking is cut through the cap layer into the contrasting core, so it can't fade, peel, or wash off. Suited to switchboard labels, hazard signage and lightweight asset tags.
VINYL LABELS & SIGNS
UV-stabilised printed vinyl with laminate coating for water and UV resistance, adhesive backed. Reflective variants printed on genuine 3M reflective material for signage that must be visible at night — including emergency identification signs for solar installations.
POLYPROPYLENE PLAQUES — 1.4MM
Rigid PP backer for in-ceiling and switchboard identification plaques. Indoor rated, with pre-cut mounting holes for direct screw fixing.
UV STABILITY
Engineered for sustained outdoor exposure without fading or clouding.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Resists common industrial solvents, oils and cleaning agents.

COMPLIANCE & STANDARDS
Our labelling is produced to align with the Australian standards relevant to each application: AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) labelling conventions for switchboard and electrical identification, AS 1319 colour codes for workplace hazard signage, and the signage requirements of AS/NZS 5033 (solar PV installations) and AS/NZS 5139 (battery energy storage systems) for our solar and battery ranges. Compliance plates for trailers, machinery and gas appliances are produced to the dimensions and content you specify — we recommend confirming exact wording with your certifying body before ordering.
