This 120x50mm yellow warning label carries a clear alert: essential supply circuits will still be energised during a grid outage and/or when the main switch grid supply is off. It's designed for switchboards on sites with backup power sources, flagging to anyone working nearby that isolating the grid supply does not de-energise every circuit.

Made from laser engraved Traffolyte in yellow, this label resists fading and general wear-and-tear that can affect printed alternatives, keeping the wording legible over time on a busy switchboard. It measures 120mm x 50mm, giving the full warning text enough space to remain clear and easy to read at a glance from a normal working distance.

The 120mm x 50mm size sits well among other switchboard labels without crowding surrounding equipment identifiers. Order the quantity needed for each board being labelled, as this listing covers a single label per unit.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This label measures 120mm x 50mm, which is larger than standard switchgear labels to accommodate the full warning wording clearly. It suits switchboards with enough panel space for a wider warning label alongside other markings.

It is made from Traffolyte, with the wording laser engraved rather than printed. Laser engraving cuts through the surface layer, giving a sharp, permanent mark that will not fade, smudge or rub off over time.

The label reads: warning essential supply circuits will still be energised during grid outage and or when the main switch grid supply is off. It is a fixed warning message engraved in full on the yellow background.

The yellow background is used specifically for this warning message, distinguishing it visually from the white identification labels used for isolators and switchgear elsewhere on the switchboard, helping the warning stand out at a glance.
